How to change gender in GTA 5
Sorry to break it to ya, but you can't change your character's gender in GTA 5 after you've initially set it up during character creation. You gotta commit to your choice or start a new character from scratch!

There's no in-game option to change your character's gender in GTA 5 once you've made your character. Totally stuck with what you picked at the start.
Big nope on that. Once you pick a gender for your character in GTA 5, you're rolling with it. No backsies.
Actually, there's a workaround. Just start a new character if you're really set on changing gender. Sure, it's a do-over, but hey, fresh start!
