Sorry to burst the bubble, but you actually can't change your character's gender in GTA 5 Online after you've made your initial choice during character creation. Rockstar hasn't given us that option. If you're really committed to the idea, you'd have to start a whole new character. Kind of a bummer, I know!

You can't. Once you pick your gender at the start, that's it. No take-backsies in GTA Online.

No gender swap option in GTA 5 Online, guys. I tried everything but ended up creating a new character. On the bright side, making a new character gives you a chance to rethink your character's look and skills from scratch!
