No can do, buddy. GTA San Andreas doesn't have an option to change your character's gender. You're stuck with CJ for your adventures around Los Santos. It's all about that early 2000s vibe, where the game design didn't really factor in character customization to that level.

Actually, GTASA doesn't let you change gender. The main character, Carl "CJ" Johnson, is who you get. But hey, that doesn't stop the game from being a blast. Run around doing missions, causing chaos, or just cruising in your lowrider. It鈥檚 all good!

Nope, you can't. GTA San Andreas sticks with CJ's story through and through. No gender switcheroo here.
