How to change gender on GTA 5
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you can't change your character's gender in GTA 5 once you've made your choice during the initial character creation in GTA Online. You'd have to create a new character if you really want to switch genders.

Actually, there's a workaround but it's a bit of a hassle. You need to create a new character in GTA Online and then transfer the money from your old character. That's the closest you'll get to 'changing' gender, but remember, you'll lose all your progress except the cash.
You just can't. Rockstar didn't include a feature to change your character鈥檚 gender after creation. Best bet is starting fresh with a new character.
