Hey there! Your Xbox Series X automatically selects the best frequency (GHz) for your Wi-Fi. You can't manually change it on the console itself.

Just a heads up, you can't manually set the GHz on the Xbox Series X. It's all handled by the console and your router.

From my experience, you can't change the GHz on the Xbox Series X directly. Your router should handle the switching between 2.4GHz and 5GHz based on the best performance available.
