Easy peasy! Just use your Giratina Origin Forme in a Raid Battle, and it’ll automatically switch back to Altered Forme once the battle is over. Happy switching!

You can't change Giratina's form in your Pokemon collection. It only changes forms when you battle with it.

From my experience, battling in raids is the key. Giratina swaps to Origin Forme during the raid and back to Altered Forme after.
