Head to the Inventory tab, then tap on Appearance. Pick your new haircut from there. Easy peasy!

To change your hair in PUBG Mobile, just go to the customization menu, select Appearance, and choose the hairstyle you like! You might need a few G-Coins, though.

Just use the Appearance section in the main menu to change your hair. Kinda wish I could change my hair that easily IRL, haha.
