To change your Haki stage in Blox Fruits, you need to keep using your Haki in combat. The more you use it, the faster it levels up! Once you reach certain milestones, your Haki will automatically upgrade to the next stage.

I got to stage 5 Haki by just grinding on NPCs every day. Consistency is key!

You don't have to change it manually. It upgrades on its own through use and leveling.
