To change your Sim's job, first, make sure your Sim has quit their current job. You can do this by going to the Career tab and selecting 'Quit Job.' After that, head to the Town Map, select a new workplace, and tap the 'Start Working' icon!

Hit the Career tab, quit the current job, and then choose a new one from the Town Map. Easy peasy!

Been there, done that! Just make your Sim quit their job from the Career tab, then wander to the Town Map and pick a new career. Piece of cake.
