Just head over to Settings, then Controls, and adjust the sensitivity sliders under Mouse Sensitivity. Easy peasy!

To change key sensitivity in PUBG PC, go to Settings -> Controls -> Mouse Sensitivity, and tweak the sliders for Aim, Scope, General, etc. Play around until it feels just right!
