Open Roblox Studio, click on File in the top left corner, then go to Settings. Under the Studio tab, you'll see Language. Change it to whatever you need!

I've changed the language in Roblox Studio tons of times. Just head to File > Settings, click on Studio, and adjust the Language dropdown.
