Hey! You just need to change your console's language settings. Go to 'Settings' -> 'System' -> 'Console Settings' -> 'Language and Locale' on your Xbox 360 dashboard.

Go to the Xbox 360 dashboard, head to 'Settings', then 'System', and choose 'Console Settings'. From there, select 'Language and Locale' to change your language. This should work for Black Ops 2!
