To change the language on Spyro Reignited on Nintendo Switch, head to the Settings menu on the Switch home screen, select System, then Language, and choose your desired language. Restart the game and voila, Spyro now speaks your language!
I did this a few weeks ago. Just go to the Switch's system settings, change the language there, and restart the game. Worked like a charm for me!
