From personal experience, I'd recommend using a VPN combined with a GPS spoofing app. But seriously, always weigh the risks of getting banned!

Honestly, changing your GPS location in Pokemon GO goes against the game's terms of service, and can get you a temporary or permanent ban. Best to play fair.
