You can't change the music on an Instagram post once it's live. Try deleting it and reposting with the new song you want.
I had to change mine once. Just went back to my story, tapped 'Edit' and swapped out the music sticker. Worked perfectly!
You can only change music on stories and reels, not on regular posts. Just delete and repost if you need to change it.
