How to Change My Age on PS4
You can't directly change your age on the PS4. Instead, you need to modify your birthdate on your PSN account, but note that Sony doesn't make this process easy. To do it, you'd need to contact PlayStation support.

You can't change your birthdate on a child account. You'll need to create a new account with the correct age. Heads up, you'll lose your game progress!
Just make a new account with your correct birthdate. It's a hassle, but it's the only way.
