Super easy! Go to your Settings, click on Personal Information, and then Contact Info. Add your new email, confirm it, and you're good to go!
Personal experience here: I changed mine last week. Just go to Settings, click on Personal Info, then Contact Info, and add your new email. They'll send a confirmation link, so click on that, and it's updated!
