Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Contact. Click 'Add Email' to add a new one. Verify it, then make it your primary email by clicking on it and selecting 'Make Primary'.
I've changed mine before! Go to Settings, then Personal Info, add your new email, verify it, and make it primary. Simple as that!
