How to Change My Email on Instagram
LOL, it's super simple. Just go to your profile, tap the three lines in the top right corner, hit Settings, then Account, finally Personal Information to change your email.

It's like magic! Profile > Menu (three lines) > Settings > Account > Personal Information > Email. Just replace with your new one.
