You can鈥檛 change your page name more than once every 7 days, so choose wisely!
In a nutshell: Facebook Page > About > Edit Name. Done deal.
I did this last week! Go to your Facebook Business Page, click 'About' on the left menu, and then 'Edit' next to your Page's name. Facebook will review your request. Mine was approved in under 24 hours!
