Changing your name in Steam is super easy! Just open the Steam client and click on 'View my profile' under your name at the top right corner. Then, hit 'Edit Profile' on the right side of your profile page, and voilà, you'll see a 'Profile Name' field where you can enter your new name. Hit 'Save Changes' at the bottom, and you're all set with a new identity!

I changed my Steam name last week, and it took all of 2 minutes. Follow the steps, but remember, your friends list is the real challenge - letting everyone know who you are now. Easier to just stick with one name if you ask me.

Honestly, just keep your Steam name as it is. It's a hassle to remember new names, and your friends might not recognize you.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
