Just did this last week! Go to the Facebook app, hit the three lines, then Settings & Privacy. Under Settings, find Personal Information and tap Name. Enter the new name you want and save. Voila!
Click on the three lines in the bottom right corner, tap Settings & Privacy, then Settings again. Go to Personal Information > Name, and change it up!
