You can change your payment method by logging into your Spotify account, going to the 'Subscription' page, and hitting 'Change payment method'.
Just did this last week! Head to 'Account Overview', click 'Subscription', then 'Update Details', and choose your new payment method!
Open Spotify, click on your profile, go to 'Account', and then find 'Update Payment Info'. Easy peasy!
