Just did this last week! On your PS5, head to Settings, then Users and Accounts, then Account, then Profile, and finally Online ID. Follow the instructions from there.

Easy peasy! Go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Profile > Online ID. Follow the prompts and voila—new name!
