You can't change the profile picture without a Facebook account. Use Facebook or you're stuck with the default one, unfortunately.
If you want to change your profile picture and aren't using Facebook, you currently can't. Switch to a connected Facebook account to do it.
To change your profile picture in 8 Ball Pool, log in with your Facebook account. Your Facebook profile picture will automatically sync with the game!
