On Facebook, head to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Username, then type in your new username and save it. Done!
From my experience, all you gotta do is hit up 'Settings', find 'Username' under 'General', and change it there. Easy peasy!
Just go to your profile, click on 'About', and then edit your username. It's that simple!
