From experience, I can tell ya: go to account.microsoft.com, sign in, and hit up the 'Security' tab. Then, look for 'Password Security' and change it there. Worked for me!
Easy peasy! Just head over to account.microsoft.com, sign in, and go to 'Security'. There, you'll find the 'Password Security' option where you can change your password.
Just reset it through account.microsoft.com under 'Security'. Takes two minutes.
