Actually, as of now, you can't directly change your in-game name in Lethal Company through the game settings. Your game name is tied to your Steam profile name. Changing your name in Lethal Company is super easy, peasy, lemon squeezy! Just pop into the game's main menu, head over to your profile settings, and there should be an option to edit your username. Keep in mind, though, your new name has to be unique and follow the game's naming guidelines, so no 'MoonScavenger9000' if it's already taken!
Just change your Steam name, lol. Lethal Company uses that.
