Uh, click 'Settings' -> 'Page Info' -> 'Name' -> change it -> save. Why make it complicated?
Step one: go to your page. Step two: click 'Edit Page Info' from the 'About' section. Step three: change the name and save it. Done!
Click on 'Settings' at the top of your Page. In 'General', select 'Page Info'. Change the name, submit it, and you're good to go!
