How to Change the Name of Roku TV

Log into your Roku account on a web browser, head to 'My linked devices', and click the pencil icon next to your device to rename it.
Use the Roku mobile app! Go to 'Devices' tab, tap the three dots next to your Roku device, and select 'Set name and location'. Done!
You can't rename it directly on the TV; you have to use the Roku app or your Roku account online. Annoying, but it works.
