You can't change your name on Warframe Market directly. You'll need to change your Warframe in-game name first, and it should sync with the market. It might take some time to update, so be patient!
Just update your in-game Warframe name, and Warframe Market should automatically sync it. I did this last month, and my new name appeared within a few hours.
Changing your in-game name will update your market name too. Just gotta wait a bit.
