You'll need to visit Warframe's official site to change your username. You can't do it directly from your PS4.
Heads up: Changing your name costs Platinum, the in-game currency. Make sure you have enough before you try to switch names.
Do you really need to change your name? I mean, isn't your current one special? But if you must, you need to do it on the Warframe site.
Been there, done that! Just go to the Warframe website, log in, and you can change your username under your account settings. Worked for me, but it did cost some Platinum.
