To change a Sim's name in Sims FreePlay, just tap on the Sim you want to rename, and then select the 'Name' option. Easy peasy!

Head to the wardrobe, select the Sim, and there you can change their name. It's like giving them a new identity!

You can change a Sim's name by visiting the wardrobe. Select the Sim, tap on the wardrobe icon, then edit their name.

You really can't change names directly; you'd have to use the wardrobe.
