To change just the voice language in Valorant without altering the text language, you gotta dive into the game settings. Unfortunately, as of my last check, Valorant doesn’t offer an in-game option to separately change the voice language. You can change the overall game language (which includes both text and voice) through the game's client before launching Valorant. If you're really keen on just swapping the voiceovers, you might need to wait for a future update or explore unofficial mods, but be careful with mods as they could affect your account standing!
