Unfortunately, Warframe doesn鈥檛 let you directly change your operator's gender. You鈥檒l have to adjust appearance settings like face shape and hair to get closer to what you鈥檙e aiming for.
Changing operator gender ain't an option in Warframe. Customize the appearance for the look you want instead.
Been playing for years, you can't change the gender but you can tweak the appearance settings to make your operator look more like your preference.
