On mobile? Sorry, it鈥檚 a bit more limited. You can鈥檛 rearrange the entire playlist order, just the songs within a playlist.
Use the desktop app to reorder playlists. Just drag them up or down in the left sidebar. Easy peasy!
Just click and drag, my friend! That's all it takes on the desktop app. Mobile users, unfortunately, you're out of luck for now.
