Easy peasy! Just go to your page, click 'About' on the left side, then 'Edit' next to your page's name. Type the new name and click 'Continue.' Facebook will review it, and you'll be good to go!
I've done this a bunch of times. Head to your page, click on 'Page Info' under the 'About' tab. Click 'Edit' next to the name, type in your new name, and hit 'Request Change.' Just be aware it might take a few days for Facebook to approve it.
Why bother? A new page name won't save bad content. Focus on quality!
