First, you gotta make sure you've unlocked or bought the parachute skin. Then, just go to inventory -> customize, and pick the parachute you like.

Easy peasy! Just head to your inventory, go to the 'Customize' tab, and you'll find your parachute skins there. Select the one you want and you're good to go!
