Easy peasy! Go to your Facebook settings on the web, click on 'Security and Login,' find 'Change Password' under 'Login,' enter your current and new passwords, and click 'Save Changes.' Voila, you're done!
You can't change the password for a Facebook page because pages don't have their own passwords. Passwords are linked to individual accounts.
