To change your password on Steam, first, you need to log into your account. Click on your profile name at the top right, then go to 'Account Details'. There, you'll see a section called 'Change my password'. Click that, and you'll be guided through the process. You'll need access to your email or phone, as Steam will send a verification code for security purposes.

Just in case anyone's wondering, you can also reset your password if you've forgotten it. On the Steam login page, click on 'Forgot your password?' and choose 'I forgot my Steam Account password'. Steam will ask for your account name, email, or phone number linked to your account to send a verification code. Once you've verified, you'll be able to set a new password.

Honestly, just keep your password in mind, lol. Changing it's a hassle with all the verification steps.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
