As someone who's had to do this a few times, here's the drill: Sign in, head to 'Account,' click on 'Your Plan,' then 'Update.' Follow the prompts from there!
You can change your payment method under 'Account Settings.' Just click on 'Update Payment Info,' and you're good to go.
