How to Change PlayStation Region
Sign out of your current account on your PS console. Then, create a new one, selecting your preferred region during the signup process. It's a bit of a workaround, but it gets the job done!

Just make a new account with the desired region. It's annoying but currently the only way.
Changing regions is simple - just create a new PS account with the region you want. Be mindful that some services and content might not transfer over.
You can't change the region of an existing account, but you can create a new account with the desired region. Just go to the PlayStation website, sign up, and make sure to set your selected region during registration.
I had to do this for the PlayStation Store. Sign up for a new account and set the region you want. Easy peasy!
