Easy-peasy! Go to Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4. Deactivate your current account, then sign in with the new one and activate it. Done!

You need to deactivate the current primary account first. Go to Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4 and select Deactivate. Then enter the new account and activate it.
