How to Change Primary PS5
If you need to switch your primary PS5, head to 'Settings,' find 'Users and Accounts,' then 'Other,' and under 'Console Sharing and Offline Play,' disable the current one. Log into your new PS5 and make it primary there.

To change your primary PS5, go to 'Settings' > 'Users and Accounts' > 'Other' > 'Console Sharing and Offline Play' and select 'Disable' on your current primary PS5. Then, log in to your account on the new PS5 and enable it as the primary console.
Just disable the old one and enable the new one. Simple as that. Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play.
I had to do this last week! Just go to 'Settings,' then 'Users and Accounts,' then 'Console Sharing and Offline Play.' Disable the old PS5 first, and then do the same on the new PS5 but select 'Enable.' Done!
