Easy peasy! Just go to your profile on the Spotify app, tap 'Edit Profile,' then tap your current profile picture to change it.
If you're using the mobile app, it's a bit tricky. Unfortunately, you can't change it directly from there. Use the desktop app instead!
Seriously, just get on the desktop app, it's the easiest way. Mobile's a no-go for now.
