Guys, it's simple. Go to Riot's site, login, and change it there. Your Valorant pic is actually your Riot account pic, so it's a one-and-done deal for all games.
Honestly, I never bothered changing my profile pic. Valorant is about skills, not fancy avatars. Just saying.
