On the desktop app: Click your name at the top right, select 'Profile', then click on your profile picture and hit 'Change Photo'. Voila!

Easy peasy! Just go to your profile, tap 'Edit Profile', and then tap 'Change Photo'. Choose a new pic and you're all set!
You can't change your profile pic on mobile. Desktop app only, folks.
I did this last week! Just clicked on my profile pic in the desktop app, selected 'Change Photo', and uploaded my new selfie. Worked like a charm!
