How to Change Your Profile Picture on Spotify
On desktop, just click your name in the top-right corner, then 'Profile'. Click your picture and select 'Change Photo' to upload a new one. Voilà!

Open the Spotify app, tap 'Home', then your profile icon at the top. Once there, tap 'Edit Profile', and you'll see an option to change your profile picture. Easy peasy!
If you can't change your profile picture, it might be a bug. Try updating the app or reinstalling. Worked for a friend of mine.
Profile pics are overrated. As long as the music slaps, who cares about the pic?
