Super easy! Go to Settings > Theme Settings > Theme, and then just pick your favorite theme from the list or download new ones from the PlayStation Store. Enjoy your new look!

Go to Settings, then Theme Settings, and finally Theme. From there, choose any theme you want or download new ones from the store.

As someone who's done this a million times, just go to your Settings menu, select Theme Settings, then Theme. Pick one from the list or download more from the PS Store.
