From personal experience, it's quickest through the PlayStation App: Go to 'Settings,' select 'Account Information,' then 'Security.' Change your password there. Takes two minutes tops!

On your PS4 or PS5, just go to 'Settings,' then 'Account Management,' and select 'Sign-In ID (Email) and Password.' Follow the prompts to change your password.
